Social Media Templates

Overview

Social media templates let you create professional, branded graphics for your agency's social channels in minutes. Each template is fully customizable — add your own text, upload photos, and adjust colors to match your brand. When you're done, download the finished graphic as a PNG optimized for the platform you're posting to.

No design software or graphic design experience is needed. Your agency logo and brand color are applied automatically so every post looks consistent.

Getting Started

Navigate to the Social Media Templates page from your agency dashboard. You'll see a gallery of available templates organized by category.

Browsing Templates

Templates are grouped into the following categories:

• Destination — Showcase a location or trip with striking imagery
• Offer — Promote limited-time deals or special packages
• Tip — Share travel advice and practical tips with your audience
• Testimonial — Highlight client reviews and success stories
• Book With Me — Encourage followers to get in touch and start planning

Use the category filter at the top of the gallery to narrow down your options. Each template card shows a live preview with your current agency branding so you can see how it will look before selecting it.

Customizing a Template

Select a template to open the editor. The editor has a controls panel on the left and a live preview on the right. Every change you make is reflected in the preview immediately.

Text Fields

Depending on the template, you can edit up to three text fields:

• Headline — The main text that anchors the design. Keep it short and attention-grabbing.
• Subtitle — Supporting text that adds context or detail. This field is optional on most templates.
• Call-to-Action — Button or label text like "Book Now" or "Learn More." Optional on most templates.

Text automatically scales to fit the canvas, so longer copy will render at a smaller size. For the best results, keep your headline under 10 words.

Background Image

Most templates support a custom background image. Click the upload area or drag and drop a photo to add one. Accepted formats are PNG, JPG, and WebP, with a maximum file size of 10 MB.

Templates that use a background image apply an overlay to ensure your text remains readable regardless of the photo you choose.

Brand Color

Your agency's brand color is applied by default. To override it for a specific design, use the color picker in the editor. Ten curated swatches are available for quick selection, or you can enter any custom color using the full color picker.

The brand color is used for accents, buttons, decorative elements, and overlays throughout the template.

Logo Inversion

If your agency logo doesn't contrast well against the template background, toggle Invert Logo to switch it to white. This is especially useful on templates with dark overlays or bold brand colors.

Choosing a Size

Each template can be exported in three platform-optimized sizes:

Select your target size in the editor to see how the design adapts. All text, spacing, and decorative elements scale proportionally so the layout looks polished at every dimension.

Downloading Your Design

When your design is ready, you have two download options:

• Download — Exports the current size as a single PNG file.
• Download All Sizes — Exports all three sizes bundled in a ZIP file.

Downloaded files are named using your agency name and the template name, making them easy to organize. For example: my-agency-destination-spotlight-1-instagram_post.png.

Available Templates

Destination Spotlight

A full-bleed photo template with a gradient overlay. Your headline, subtitle, and call-to-action sit at the bottom over a dark shadow for legibility. An accent bar in your brand color draws the eye to the headline. Best for showcasing stunning destination photography.

Split Destination

An editorial-style layout with a branded color panel on the left and your photo on the right. The left panel carries your logo, headline, subtitle, and a call-to-action button. A clean, modern look that works well even without a dramatic photo.

Special Offer

A full-bleed photo template with a heavy dark overlay and centered layout. A branded pill label reading "Limited Time Offer" sits above the headline to create urgency. Ideal for flash sales, seasonal deals, or exclusive packages.

Travel Tip

A text-focused template on a light background with a brand-colored accent strip at the top. Designed for longer copy, this template scales font sizes based on text length so your tips stay readable. Great for sharing practical advice or destination guides.

Client Testimonial

A quote-centered design over a full-bleed photo with a dark overlay. Features a decorative quotation mark in your brand color, the client's words in italics, and an attribution line below. Perfect for sharing client feedback and building social proof.

Book With Me

A bold, brand-forward template that uses your brand color as the primary background. Includes your logo at center stage with a headline, subtitle, and call-to-action button. Decorative elements add visual interest. Works with or without a background image. Ideal for "let's work together" or "book a consultation" posts.

Tips for Great Social Media Graphics

• Use high-quality photos. Templates with background images look best with sharp, well-lit photography. Aim for images that are at least 1200 px wide.
• Keep text concise. Social media is a visual medium. Short, punchy headlines outperform long sentences.
• Stay on brand. Stick to your agency's brand color for a consistent look across posts. Followers begin to recognize your content in the feed.
• Download all sizes. If you post across multiple platforms, use Download All Sizes to get every format in one click.
• Pair with your trips. After building an itinerary in Plan Harmony, create a destination spotlight or special offer graphic to promote it on social media.
