The Experiences tab surfaces curated activities and tours for your trip's destination. Browse, search, and book directly — no account with the tour operator required.

Use the Calendar view to build a day-by-day itinerary. Drag on any slot to create an event, drag to move or resize it, and switch between Day, Week, Month, and Agenda views.

When an agency planned your trip, the Agent Profile tab shows their contact info and lets you send them a message directly — no email threads to dig through.

Start a new trip in Plan Harmony by entering a destination and travel dates. A trip becomes the shared workspace where you build an itinerary, track a budget, and collaborate with guests.

Each event on your trip can hold much more than a title and time: descriptions with rich text, booking URLs, travel documents, budget line items, location details, and even per-event timezones.

Add travel companions to a trip by email, create placeholder guests for children or plus-ones without email addresses, and share the itinerary with everyone going on the trip.

Upload boarding passes, hotel confirmations, passports, visas, and any other document you need on your trip. Files can live at the trip level or be attached to specific events.

Update your name, avatar, and subscription from the user Settings page. Your email is tied to your sign-in method and can't be changed, but everything else is editable.

Mark an event as Optional to let everyone on the trip vote on whether to include it. Great for group trips where you want consensus on activities before committing.

If your travel agency uses Plan Harmony to bill you, they'll send a secure payment link. Opening the link shows the invoice and lets you pay by card — no account required.

Turn on public sharing to generate a link anyone can open to view your itinerary — no Plan Harmony account required. Great for sending plans to family, a travel agent, or anyone not on the trip.

A Plan Harmony Pro subscription unlocks Pro features on every current and future trip. Choose yearly ($9.99), monthly ($2.99), or weekly ($0.99) billing — all via Stripe.

Upgrade to Plan Harmony Pro to get an iCal feed URL for your trip — subscribe it in Google Calendar or Outlook to see every event alongside your daily schedule.

Plan Harmony tracks trip expenses at the event level and as standalone budget items. Filter by currency, see totals by category and by traveler, and split costs across the group on Pro.

On agency-planned trips, each client can store travel preferences (dietary, seat, hotel) and document details (passport number, expiration, Known Traveler Number) that the agency references when booking.

Adjust your trip's title, banner, travel dates, timezones, notifications, and sharing from the Settings page. Most fields are editable any time before departure.

One-time $6.99 upgrade unlocks Pro features for a specific trip — unlimited events, unlimited file uploads, advanced budget tracking, calendar sync, priority AI suggestions, and PDF export.

The Map tab visualizes every event on your trip on an interactive Google Map. Click any place on the map to add it as an event, and see travel routes drawn between start and destination.
