Upgrading a Single Trip to Plan Harmony Pro

What Pro Unlocks on a Trip

Free trips are capped at 10 events and 5 file uploads. Pro trips remove those caps and add several premium features:

Once upgraded, the trip shows a green Plan Harmony Pro badge on the banner. Any features that were previously locked become immediately available.

Single-Trip Upgrade vs. Subscription

Plan Harmony offers two ways to get Pro:

Single-Trip Upgrade

• Price: $6.99 one-time
• Scope: One specific trip
• When to use: You travel occasionally and want Pro features for the one or two big trips you're planning

Plan Harmony Pro Subscription

• Price: $9.99/year, $2.99/month, or $0.99/week
• Scope: Every current and future trip
• When to use: You plan multiple trips per year, or you want Pro features baked in by default

Upgrading Step-by-Step

1. Open any trip that isn't yet Pro.
2. You'll see Upgrade CTAs in several places: the left-hand navigation card, Budget tab, Travel Documents tab, Calendar Sync settings. Click any of them.
3. The Upgrade This Trip to Plan Harmony Pro page appears, listing all Pro features.
4. Click Continue to Checkout.
5. Stripe opens. Enter payment info and confirm.
6. You're redirected back to a success page. The trip is now Pro — the badge switches to green, and all locked features unlock.

Payment is handled by Stripe. Plan Harmony never sees your card details.

What About Upgrading an Agency Trip?

Agency trips can also be upgraded to Pro — the same $6.99 one-time flow applies. Typically the agency pays the upgrade fee on behalf of the client, since the Pro features (unlimited events, calendar sync, PDF export) benefit the client experience.

Tips

• Upgrade early. If you know the trip will have more than 10 events or need PDF export at the end, upgrade at the start. It's the same $6.99 either way and you avoid hitting the event limit mid-planning.
• Upgrade before departure for calendar sync. Calendar sync is most useful in the week before and during the trip. Upgrade at least a week ahead so Google/Outlook has time to sync the feed.
• Consider subscription if you clone trips. Agency members who clone trips for similar clients should subscribe — each cloned trip starts free and would otherwise need its own $6.99 upgrade.
• Remember it's per-trip, not per-account. A single-trip upgrade doesn't unlock anything on your other trips. For multi-trip coverage, subscribe.
