Why Subscribe

If you plan more than a couple of trips a year, a subscription pays for itself quickly. Compare:

Agencies, frequent travelers, and anyone cloning trips should subscribe. Occasional vacation planners may prefer to upgrade single trips as needed.


Choosing a Plan

Three plans, all unlocking the same Pro features:

Yearly — $9.99/year

The best value. Pay once, get Pro for 12 months. Automatically renews unless canceled.

Monthly — $2.99/month

Month-to-month flexibility. Cancel anytime, no long-term commitment.

Weekly — $0.99/week

Short-term coverage — useful if you want Pro for a single trip but prefer a subscription model over the $6.99 one-time upgrade.

All three auto-renew. You can cancel or switch plans anytime from Stripe's customer portal.

Subscribing

  1. Go to app.planharmony.com/subscribe or click Subscribe to Pro anywhere in the app.
  2. Select a plan (yearly recommended).
  3. Click Continue to Checkout.
  4. Stripe opens. Enter payment details.
  5. Confirm. You're redirected back to Plan Harmony with a success message.
  6. All of your current trips immediately get the Pro badge. Future trips start as Pro automatically.

Managing Your Subscription

Open Settings from the main account nav. If you have an active subscription, a green Premium Subscription card appears with a Manage Subscription button.

Clicking it opens Stripe's customer portal where you can:

  • View invoices and download receipts
  • Update the payment method
  • Change the plan (upgrade or downgrade frequency)
  • Cancel the subscription
  • Update billing address

Changes in Stripe take effect immediately or at the end of the current billing period depending on the type of change.


Canceling

To cancel:

  1. Go to Settings → Manage Subscription.
  2. In Stripe, click Cancel.
  3. Confirm.

Your Pro access stays active until the end of the current billing period. After that, new trips become Free and existing trips lose Pro status (but all data is preserved).

You can re-subscribe anytime to restore Pro on all trips.


Tips

  • Go yearly if you plan even two trips. The yearly plan breaks even at one or two serious trips per year compared to single-trip upgrades.
  • Subscribe before big planning sessions. If you're about to spend a weekend planning a complex trip, subscribe first — Pro features like unlimited events and advanced budget make the session smoother.
  • Agency members: contact us. Agency workspaces have separate pricing — email hello@planharmony.com to discuss.
  • Track your renewal. Yearly subscriptions auto-renew. Add a reminder to your calendar 30 days before renewal so you can reconsider before being charged.
